What you’ll do
• Oversees client accounts, problem solving, strategic planning, proactive relationship management, understanding client needs and expectations, leading to retention. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, and internal stakeholder relationships too – be the ‘face’ of the business
• Strategically manage accounts, looking at innovation, profitability, wider opportunities, and having relationships with senior management within clients business.
• Understanding wider industry competitors, context and monitoring any impact to the business and our clients (threats, opportunities etc).
• Contribute to strategic objectives as appropriate
Experience you need
• Holds a degree in business or marketing management or a professional qualification (e.g. CIPD).
• Commercially savvy/strategic thinkers
• Able to build and maintains strategic relationships with corporate clients, including running high-quality review meetings and planning sessions.
• Presentation skills.
