What you’ll do
• Providing day to day administrative support for 1 full time surveyor and 2 consultant surveyors.
• Carrying out audio typing of valuation and survey reports to a high standard, with the use of analogue and digital dictation systems.
• Handling incoming calls and responding to queries relating to surveys and valuations.
• Providing fee quotes to clients over the phone, via email, and face to face.
• Arranging and managing appointments for surveyors.
• Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence via email and post.
• Maintaining accurate filing systems (both digital and paper based).
• Acting as a first point of contact for client enquiries.
• Raising invoices and monitoring outstanding payments.

Experience you need
The successful person will be well organised, professional and personable.
Able to multi task and prioritise work
Admin experience, ideally within professional services.
Strong Microsoft office knowledge.
