What you’ll do
You’ll be responsible for leading the end to end delivery of the businesses newest product and it’s associated features. The role requires stakeholder engagement, project delivery excellence and a commitment to continuous improvement within a highly regulated and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Own and manage the full lifecycle of technical projects, leveraging agile methodologies and collaborating with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Operations, Account Directors).
• Ensure project delivery aligns with business strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational readiness for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, action logs, and risk/issue registers, ensuring adherence to PMO standards.
• Proactively manage project-level risks and issues, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide clear, tailored communication to all stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
• Ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulatory, security, and operational standards.
• Support additional projects as required, contributing to broader PMO and organisational objectives.
• Champion best practices and continuous improvement within the PMO, embedding lessons learned into future projects.

Experience you need
You’ll have proven experience in agile project management and a solid background in software and/or product delivery.
You’ll understand how to manage several high priority projects simultaneously in a fast paced setting.
Thorough understanding of governance, risk and compliance in a project environment.
PMO frameworks and standards.
Best practice project management methodologies (Agile, Prince2) in a software/product context within regulated environments.
