Kitchen Sales Designer

Salary: £25,000 base salary

What you’ll do
• Designing bespoke kitchens using Winner Design Software (essential)
• Working with walk-in customers, booked appointments, and self-generated leads
• Managing the full customer journey – from initial brief to final sale
• Using our Anthill CRM system to keep on top of client progress (ideal if you already know it)
• Engaging with prospects via showroom visits, social media, radio, and online channels
• Attending local networking events to generate leads
• Collaborating with our Head Office marketing team who also drive leads your way
Experienced Needed
• Experience in kitchen design, ideally with German kitchens (preferred but not essential)
• Confident using Winner Design software – this is a must
• Comfortable with digital tools and CRM systems like Anthill
• Personable, professional, and motivated by both design excellence and sales targets
• Happy to work a 5-day week (10:00am – 5:30pm, with flexibility for appointments)
