Salary: £25k pa

What you’ll do

Log all queries to the helpdesk system
• Create new users and maintain existing users
• Support general user queries
• Setup/move workstations and equipment as required
• Troubleshoot, Research & Correct issues in a timely manner
• Identifying problems and collate tickets accordingly
• Maintain data integrity
• Cleansing duplicates within the systems
• Assist with isolating system issues
• Liaise with other departments to correct information
• Escalate issues (potential and current) to appropriate area
• Non-technical Helpdesk duties
• Provide emergency BC/DR Cover

Experienced Needed

This is a great career position, and would suit someone with a customer service background and a genuine interest in IT.
From here, the role could progress into infrastructure engineering, business analytics, QA or development.
