Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

• This is a hybrid role with some travel, with the expectation that the majority of your time can be spent at home, or the most appropriate location, based on your preference., working hours – 9am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday

What you’ll do

• Create and agree a strategy that allows for growth, profitability and sustainability
• Take ownership of the operational delivery of the agreed strategy making it your own
• Establish and develop existing relationships with external stakeholders to maximise growth.
• Identify additional partnership opportunities utilising current products.
• Work closely with Marketing and Product owners to continually improve the service we offer our clients
• Manage the Sales Manager and Partnerships Coordinator to provide development and guidance around growth strategies.
• Line management of the Sales Manager and associated performance
• Liaise with external stakeholders in order to execute the agreed strategy
• Work with the wider team on risk, product and recruitment strategies and projects
• Attend exhibitions, events and workshops to promote the company when required
• Identify opportunities for enhancing current products and developing new products and services that add value to our customers.

Experienced Needed

Experience in process management
Sales Team Management experience
Experience of working in a B2B environment
Working with/co-ordinating external/remote teams
Effective decision-making abilities
Willing to travel
Ability to design and implement new processes
Effective leadership and an excelled motivator
