What you’ll do
A Financial Services Administrator provides crucial, accurate administrative support within finance firms, handling client data, processing transactions, and ensuring regulatory compliance. They maintain records, manage documentation for products like pensions or insurance, and support advisors, often acting as a key link between clients and technical staff. Key responsibilities include:
Fact Finding & Analysis
Technical Research
Report Writing & Recommendations
Illustrations & Documentation
Compliance & File Management
Workflow Management.
Client Contact
Ongoing Review Support
CRM & Administration
Provider Liaison
Training & Development
Team Support
Experience you need
• Knowledge or understanding of the financial services industry.
• Excellent written English with the ability to produce clear, client-friendly reports.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A structured, systematic approach to work.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong willingness to learn and develop within the paraplanning profession.
• Motivated and career-driven individual looking to build a career in financial planning.
• Organised, methodical, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
