What you’ll do.
• Support the Customer Success and Sales teams
• Provide administrative, general day-to-day assistance
• Dealing with enquires from Mortgage Brokers, Estate Agents, Law Firms and Suppliers
• Sales Progression
• Progress law firm case updates
• Support in the onboarding and progressing of Mortgage Brokers, Estate Agents, Law Firms and Suppliers

Experience you need
• Able to use MS Office confidently
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to all aspects of work.
• A customer-first attitude, striving to deliver a professional and responsive service.
• A collaborative mindset, working effectively with other team members & departments
• Flexibility in approach, with a willingness to perform ad hoc tasks.
