What you’ll do
You will handle calls from customers wanting to place a household Insurance claim. Working closely with a team of experienced Claims Technicians and Loss Adjusters, investigating, validating, negotiating and settling a variety of Household Insurance claims, in the Mid/High Net Worth sectors. You will answer queries, transfer calls, update and maintain records and ensure CRM system is kept updated.
Experienced Needed
We’d like to speak to anyone with a strong customer service call background, if you also have experience within insurance that would be an advantage although not essential.
Training will be given – lots of opportunity to progress with the company.
