What you’ll do
To support the Head of Compliance and Audit in maintaining an effective, risk-based compliance framework; provide day-to-day compliance leadership and advice; oversee appointed representatives; promote good customer outcomes; and manage regulatory, conduct, complaints and operational risk matters across the business.
Experience you need
Current knowledge of UK financial services regulations
Qualification such as Cert CII, Dip CII or ICA would be desirable
Must have strong compliance, risk and governance or audit background within FCA regulated business.
Experience in general insurance and/or pure protection, including Consumer Duty, ICOBS, Prod, DIsp, SUP or CASS 5
Strong regulatory analysis investigation and problem solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Word/Excel and Outlook (advanced excel would be strong advantage)
Willing to undertake further professional training and broaden technical, leadership and sector knowledge.
