Job Requirements
• Knowledge of general insurance principles, practices, and regulations
• Experience in commercial insurance broking (other insurance backgrounds considered with training)
• Strong IT skills – including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and ideally Acturis
• Good planning, organisational, and communication skills
• Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills
• A team player with a proactive and professional approach
• Commitment to professional development and staying up to date with industry knowledge

What you’ll do
• Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure insurance needs are met
• Support clients with day-to-day queries
• Work closely with the Commercial Director and Account Executives to deliver a high-quality broking service
• Account handle a wide range of commercial businesses including manufacturing, construction, professional services, and wholesale
• Accurately process mid-term adjustments and updates to policies
• Maintain and develop existing client relationships through day-to-day support
• Assist Commercial Executives with administration and servicing of client accounts
• Handle all incoming and outgoing client communication
• Ensure client accounts are well-maintained and renewals handled efficiently
