Are you an experienced insurance claims handler looking to join a friendly team who are rewarded and appreciated by business leaders? What you’ll do
The main aspects are taking details of new claims and handling their own allocation of existing claims until such time as the client is back in the pre-accident position. Either their damaged vehicle has been repaired or they have been paid the pre-accident value.
When taking a new claim, it is the handlers responsibility to ensure they have comprehensive information before making their decision as to whether the claim is valid and the client’s losses are recoverable. This responsibility will continue throughout the claim ensuring that the claim progresses swiftly, again in an attempt to secure the subsequent recovery aspect.
Experienced Needed
Previous experience handling insurance claim calls or RTA claims, we’d like to speak to you
If you know the phonetic alphabet and have a good knowledge of Microsoft office, we’d like to speak to you
