What you’ll do
• You’ll be responsible for the relationship of key corporate accounts
• You’ll maintain and develop (increase) revenue and profitability of all accounts
• Research and develop new types and streams of business within each account. These new streams of business should be agreed in advance with the CRO and will be detailed in the Account Plan.
• Maintain senior relationships with the corporate account, up to and including Board level.
• Ensure that the business is seen as being much more than just a supplier. The business should be seen as a business partner and the Account Director should establish a consultative relationship with senior staff.
• Ensure that we maintain or improve our service quality and either meet or exceed the contracted SLA.
• Develop and own the Account Plan.
• Ensure that other staff and especially the Management Team members are focused upon developing relationships with appropriate key staff in the accounts.
Experienced Needed
Previous account management experience within financial services or property services
Fantastic people and relationship management skills
Excellent communicator who is self motivated with exceptional presentation skills
Background education in business or marketing would be an advantage
Previous successful product launches
Excellent problem solver and consultative thinker
