What you’ll do

Lead brand strategy, identity, and positioning, ensuring every touchpoint strengthens the business market position while remaining hands-on in producing high-quality brand and comms outputs.

Specific Tasks

• Enforce the brand strategy, identity, and architecture.

• Lead market positioning initiatives to differentiate in a competitive landscape

• Manage a multi-tiered brand hierarchy, ensuring coherence internally and externally

• Oversee audience segmentation and develop comms plans for a range of stakeholder groups

• Ensure consistent and effective comms across internal and external channels (e.g. press release, digital and printed copy, internal comms)

• Support on the delivery of brand and comms content when required

• Align comms and brand with business strategy, culture, and values

Experience you need

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management

• Experience in brand and communications roles, including demonstrable experience managing or leading brand strategy

• Experience within a B2B environment – ideally tech, financial services, or property sectors

• Proven track record of developing and executing brand and communications campaigns across multiple channels

• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences

• Strong stakeholder management experience, collaborating across teams and with external partners or agencies

• Confidence using digital marketing and comms tools, such as CRM platforms, social media management tools, and analytics dashboards
