What you’ll do
Provide general sales support to business development managers, regional sales manager and the wider group, offering guidance to both new and existing clients on the full range of company products and services.
Liaising with clients and technical teams to arrange pre-design meetings
Follow up with customers via telephone and/or email after initial contract within set timeframes to build relationships and increase business turnover.
Admin and operational duties – including managing tasks from SLA
Compliance and procedure support
Working to KPIs and SLAs
Communication and relationship management
Experienced Needed

Administrative & Organisational Skills
Experience working within service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Sales Support & Quotation Management
Compliance & Regulatory Awareness specifically with FCA regulated industries
