• This is a temp -perm position for the right person, once permanent you’ll have 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, income protection and death in service.

What you’ll do
• Taking calls from high net worth clients and responding in a professional, reassuring manner
• Building rapport and long-term relationships with clients
• Booking and coordinating appointments for Sales Executives
• Maintaining accurate client records and call notes
• Acting as a trusted ambassador for the business and their services
Experience you need
Previous customer service or business development experience (ideally appointment setting or client onboarding).
Background in business services or financial services would be advantage although not essential
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
