Senior Claims Handler

What you’ll do
Work within a Claims environment, processing and handling of new and existing claims. Managing your own caseload of claims within a delegated authority, aiding and supporting the Claims Team Leader and Head of Claims, liaising as necessary with Policyholders, Solicitors, Technical Surveyors and insurers and operating strictly within FCA regulations and guideline

Experience you need
Excellent customer service and claims handling experience. Good investigation skills , a strong decision maker and ability to multi task and work under pressure. Able to multi task and react quickly in challenging situations. It would be desirable to have insurance related qualifications or be working towards such as CII.
