Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

What you’ll do

Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as the main contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns professionally and efficiently, including attending disciplinary meetings.
Foster an inclusive company culture by supporting engagement initiatives and improving employee morale across all locations.

HR Strategy & Development
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives in all regions.
Partner with management to provide guidance on employee performance, career development, and retention strategies.

Compliance & Policies
Ensure compliance with local employee laws and regulations in each country.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the UK and our regional employment practices and adjust company policies accordingly.

HR Metrics & Reporting
Develop HR metrics to assess employee satisfaction, performance, and retention.
Provide regular reports to senior management on HR activities and outcomes.

Key Deliverables
Ensure satisfactory outcomes in UK employee relations matters such as disciplinary actions, employment policies, and remuneration.
Support management on HR matters arising in other countries (you’ll learn from and build relationships with specialist HR agencies in those countries)
Maintain performance management processes and app

Experienced Needed

CIPD Level 7 qualified.
Expert in UK employment policies and employee relations processes, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
Passion for learning new skills while delivering business objectives.
Strong alignment with company values.
Driven to achieve high-performance standards.
Team player who prioritizes collaboration and relationship-building.
