What you’ll do
– Processing orders, forms, applications and requests in a timely manner
– Manage all communication and correspondence related to International Distributors and Subsidiaries.
– Ensure all customer contact (verbal and written) is handled in a timely, professional and satisfactory manner
– Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
– Participate in the development of appropriate pro-active methods for continuous improvement
– Maintain appropriate and professional relationships within the department and other areas within the Company
– Problem solving in matters relating to properly balancing customer demands

Experience you need
– Customer-focused orientation (internal & external)
– Good communicator
– Able to work independently, but also able to drive team spirit
– Must be willing to learn to perform in the role
– Knowledge of Spanish or an Eastern language would be an advantage
