Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £20,000 per annum

What you’ll do
You will make and receive calls from customers, law firms, lenders relating to the conveyancing process (mortgage, remortgage or transfer of equity). You will answer questions and guide them through online portals and answer questions they may have. You will also perform customer satisfaction surveys and relay results to management.
Experience you need
Strong telephone manner and ability to navigate CRM system whilst on a call. Previous call centre, banking or telephone/ admin based customer service experience is preferred.
