What you’ll do
• Raising sales invoices and Direct Debit collections
• Processing purchase ledger invoices and payments to suppliers
• Responding to queries from external/internal stakeholders
• Checking transactions raised by other members of the team for quality control
• Understanding and implementing customer fee updates
• Reporting to the MI team
• Accruals for month end reporting
• Cross skilling and cover across team responsibilities
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required by management
Experienced Needed
Background working within a finance or accounts team
Excellent organisational skills
Able to work to deadlines with great attention to detail
Computer literate using Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
