What you’ll do
Manage and develop the relationship and increase revenue and profitability of business accounts, you will research and develop new types of business within each client and work to an account plan agreed with the Director of Client Relationships. You will maintain senior relationships up to board level, and ensure the business is seen and offers a consultative relationship with clients. Ensuring we meet and exceed contracted SLA’s. Developing an account plan and presenting this on a six monthly basis to the management team.
Experience you need
Business/ Marketing Management background and education, with account management experience at a senior level, preferably within financial or property services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, self motivated, ability to impact and influence, presentation skills and ability to manage and motivate a team.
