What you’ll do
You will drive qualified lead generation and conversion strategies that result in measurable revenue growth. This includes both strategic planning and hands-on execution. A key part of the role is managing and leveraging the CRM to enhance segmentation, targeting, and lifecycle nurturing.
Specific Tasks
• Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, paid media, content-led nurture, events/webinars, etc.)
• Develop intelligent, behaviour-based nurturing programmes to increase movement through the funnel and improve conversion rates
• Manage and optimise CRM workflows, segmentation, scoring models, and lifecycle journeys to maximise engagement and pipeline creation
• Monitor, analyse, and optimise funnel performance providing clear reporting on ROI, attribution, and pipeline contribution
• Align marketing activities tightly to sales targets, working with commercial teams to ensure seamless lead handover, SLAs, and feedback loops
• Continuously test, measure, and refine tactics based on performance insights and business priorities
Experience you need
• Able to build, manage, and optimise campaigns end-to-end from strategy and planning to execution and refinement
• Use CRM and automation tools hands-on to create journeys, triggers, scoring, segmentation, and reporting dashboards
• Translate performance data into actionable insights that drive incremental improvements
• Collaborate closely with sales to align targeting, messaging, and lead qualification criteria
• Implement test-and-learn frameworks to continuously improve conversion rates across the funnel
